Series > An iPod™ for Christmas

What is your favorite Christmas Carol? Is there a turn of phrase or an image there that brings a special vision to mind for you? Of all the aspects of Christmas so many of us cherish, the songs of the season are certainly among our very favorites. But did you know that before a single Christmas Carol was ever penned, there were already some wonderful texts being sung? Before he wrote the Book of Acts, the Gospel-writer Luke recorded and preserved for us the very first Christmas playlist.

Listen afresh to the voices of Mary, Zechariah, Simeon, and the Angels, as they lead us into reflection upon the deepest wonder and highest meaning of what began at Bethlehem. You’ll find your heart moving to a melody of hope and peace that will make you want to join your voice with them and pass on this playlist to others!
